Don’t Delay! Summer Experience Fund Award Application Deadline: Tuesday, April 7 at noon
The Summer Experience Fund (SEF) application deadline is quickly approaching on Tuesday, 4/7.
Although the application and review processes are unchanged, there are a few things to keep in mind during these challenging times:
1) A wide variety of experiences qualify for SEF. They can be in-person or remote, and include: internships, volunteer opportunities, community service projects, short-term projects/micro-internships, and more.
2) You do not have to have secured your opportunity to apply. On the application, you are able to list up to four opportunities to which you’ve applied. You do not have to have received or accepted one yet.
3) CDC staff are here to help. Whether you need assistance finding opportunities, preparing your application materials, or have questions about SEF, the CDC staff is available to help. Schedule a phone or Zoom appointment in Handshake today.
Remember: SEF award applications are open to all class years and majors. This year, applicants can apply through one, simple online application to qualify for Skidmore awards. Click here to learn more about SEF, or to apply.
